The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

The presentation of the goods in our internet store does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Upon receipt of an order in our Internet store, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided in our Internet store.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods

2) Contacting: by phone/e-mail

3) discussion of the project/slide

4) Provisional order confirmation

5) Slide preproduction (digital) and shipment to the customer

6) Data check again and binding order

7) Invoice dispatch

8) Upon receipt of payment of 100% of the purchase price, the slides are produced.

9) Shipment of finished delivery to the customer. If the customer wishes the assembly, we will bring the delivery for assembly.

Before the binding sending of the order, the consumer can return to the Internet page where the customer’s data are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the “Back” button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his data. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.

Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet store : We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. The terms and conditions can also be viewed at any time at

view. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.

Shipping costs

Shipping within EU and Switzerland is free from an order value of 100 EUR free.

For orders below this order value, corresponding shipping charges will apply. 

Delivery is made with GO or UPS.

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.


Delivery time

For all our customers, we are happy to deliver the gobo projector free of charge throughout Germany. The delivery is done by the transport company DHL or Hermes. We can also send the gobo projectors to other EU countries.

The delivery time is

5-7 workdays

from contract confirmation, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the item description.

For products in stock without personalization, the delivery time is usually shortened.



Payments are possible via PayPal, direct bank transfer or invoice.

PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must basically be registered there (or register first), log in and confirm the payment instruction to us.

Direct bank transfer:

You pay the invoice amount by bank transfer to our account. You can find the bank details on the invoice. 

If you choose bank transfer as payment method, you can send us the copy of the transfer by email or WhatsApp. Then we can have the gobo made immediately and you will get your order faster. 

Per invoice: When paying by invoice, we work with the service provider: TeamFaktor NW GmbH – a daughter of the NORDWEST Handel AG, Robert-Schuman-Str. 17, 44263 Dortmund, together. This allows us to grant you a payment term of up to 90 days (assuming a positive preliminary check).
